Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your print we will refund the cost in full providing the condition of the item is "as new" and that the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. Items should be returned to:
Kevin Murray Golf Photography, 20 Queens Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1EB, UK.
with a letter explaining the reason for the return.

All images appearing on Kevinmurraygolfphotography.com or taken by Kevin Murray are the exclusive copyright of Kevin Murray Golf Photography and may not be reproduced in any medium without a signed license from Kevin Murray Golf Photography. A signed License will be for time agreed and for no longer than a period of 3 years. In the event of a verbal agreement the license will be for a term of 12 months starting from the first date of use of any image produced by Kevin Murray. No images are in the public domain. Users must not republish any part or whole of any images either on another website, or in any other medium, print, electronic or otherwise, or as part of any commercial service without the prior written permission of Kevin Murray Photography.
